This in turn spurred us to implement additional small features to the current design after a number of revisions until the design was perfect. After a few promises that the payment would be forwarded "Today" and "Tomorrow" the funds were never followed through despite us supplying the extra work and service.
Traverse can appreciate this was a gesture on top of our quote however making promises you cannot keep is not a good portrayal of a professional hosting business. We went above and beyond for the additional incentive, communication then stopped from Micheal and thus no bonus. It is incredibly difficult to trust contacts over the Internet as it is so in the end this transaction was disappointing. |
