Incomplete Report: This job with 'cheapestandbest' became a 'disputed job' with the provider. I found their work and designs very very good. BUT... I had a problem getting feedback from my client as he was on holidays. I informed 'cheapestandbest' that I was waiting for feedback. After two weeks, without them taking the time to skype or email me. They went into the dispute process. I never have a problem with providers... but these guys (although their work is very very good) have a strange way of doing business. Very factory like communication with me as a buyer. Short un-personable contact comments 'Please check' etc. Brief one liner comments. I would prefer the 'smaller freelancer companies' and their personable type of communication. This is not how I like to do business. I MADE PAYMENT TO THEM IN FULL as I had agreed - service was poor.. they just wanted to get paid ASAP. I won't be using them again.

Incomplete Report: lost communication.
 » cheapestandbest's reply: The person never paid the escrow...Then canceled the project all by himself and now leaves a "incomplete report" and to my surprise freelancer.com allows posting "incomplete report" on projects that are canceled. So if any of the service providers is reading this, you can understand the level of frustration.
