Incomplete Report:
I do NOT recommend this developer to anyone. Please read carefully. Clear instructions and deadlines were provided to ranganathp. Unfortunately, I made the mistake and issue payment before any work was done. ranganathp was very persistant about receiving payment BEFORE any work was provided. Do NOT EVER accept such terms from ranganathp. I have used numerous freelancers in Freelancer.com and they all delivered work without any initial mile-stone requirement. I requested the funds back from ranganathp but he refuses to issue payment. We are currently speaking with our legal team to see what options we have in India. ranganathp may be abusing the system in order to personally profit from small companies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly and additional details will be provided.

Ranga hurt his wrist in a bicycle accident on the day of the deadline. The project should have been mostly completed by then. The most frustrating and inexcusable part was the POOR communication along the way.
The original product quality was far below the standard compared to the sample we supplied. And there seemed to be resistance to our perception of the qualiity difference. With frustration high, on March 21st I sent an email and said, "The current product is NOT acceptable. You have 4 days to WOW me. I doubt you can do it."
Ranga was determined to WOW me. On March 24th I wrote, "Congratulations! You have wowed me. I'm very pleased with what I see." We missed our initial deadline by over a month and we are happy with the end product.
