Excellent Communication skills. Took a very specialized job, and worked it through professionally. Willing to do / make any changes. I am hesitant to give him a TEN because everyone else will see how good he is, and I won't have as much of his time as I will need in the future.
Nonetheless, I must be fair. A real ten, not a fake rating here....
