We awarded this project to tipstersoft believing they have 54 reviews and the skills. However, little did we know that we'll be calling for serious trouble.
The website we wanted tipstersoft to work on is hosted on godaddy. the site was working fine, we just needed these guys to add a few more features with functionality. they messed up my whole sight without showing any additional work. they said that it is a server problem and they would upload the site on their server and send me the link to check..these guys have disappeared leaving me stranded with a screwed up website..I appeal to all you buyers out there to remember this name "tipstersoft" and their company...The reviews that they broadcast, also seems to have come through wrong means..I would never ever recommend these bunch of frauds to anyone. Instead, I hope GAF takes a strict step to keep a track of such providers and dissolve their account/membership.

We took project for completing 7 problems they faced and noticed in 100usd and 2 days of time frame. but after taking the job they said that we need to complete a totally messed site .. so we didn't demanded more money but we demanded more time.. they said it won't be possible and if we make late then they will deduct 10usd per day. we have all the chat logs to show any one interested. please contact us.. the provider wasted my times more than 10000000%. first they told me they would finish in 1 month. after 2 months they told me that the person in charge of my project, was mentally sick, and could not longer work. then they told me they can finish if i gave them 1 more month, so they could assign a new programmer. after 1 month again they failed. they did a half-assed job. worth nothing. i will never work with them again. please stay away from this company.

They had many projects, couldn't follow the deadline. I had only 3 days and they asked for 4. I gave them 4, chose to delay 1 day. Still, they couldn't do it because of their speed. They only started working on day #4 and they said they could start the job right away when we closed the deal. I hope they do well on their projects but this just didn't work. Good luck and I'm gona find myself a new designer.

This guy/group is real cheat in GAF. I paid him on promise that he will complete the website as per my requirement. He took away my $235 and afterwords never comeback. I emailed, messaged from GAF and skype, No response.
Now I have to post the job again on freelancer. I can show you the proof if you visit my post on GAF (the attachment) and ask me. An advice to all, DO NOT GIVE ANY PROGRAMMING WORK to them and DO NOT PAY in advance. These people are not qualified. I've been broken down because of him. All of my plans have been vanished!

» tipstersoft's reply: This buyer selected us and disappeared for a holiday for 3 weeks and then we obviously accepted other jobs due to which our time management was affected. when he returned, We honestly told him time was an issue and hence it's imperative to hire someone from the US so he/she can provide good quality. This buyer instead told we are unprofessional to work with and so we cancelled the project!!! Now it's for all you to decide who is professional and who is not!!! |

Tipstersoft really disappointed me. If you think to recruit them for your project, plz reconsider others....
They really entertain me before they won the project. Even when i send them my requirement (listed in detail) they will jz "OK"! But when they WON the project and start develop, they feedback nothing, and when time come, they jz send me a package.... and it's actually the original code.... what i requested is not deliver.... and they promised to send me a screenshot to prove the function deliver, but... eventually they do not feedback at all!!

I selected "Tipstersoft" for this job on 09/05/2009. And they promised a "great" work with agreeing all my conditions. They were in touch with me for another 5-6 days and then they stopped communication gradually. At thr end of time frame they literally stopped communication and instead of delivering final result they vanished.
I tried to reach through phone, email IM's but no reply!
Finally I lost my time and Client.
NOW I FEELS THAT THESE GUYS ARE TOTALLY TIME WASTERS. DONT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY TO CLIENTS MSGS. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS

He asked for Password module.Which was built and given before time-frame.Also told before taking the job .. Password module is not a easy to install thing in CubeCart..All functions are there..And saying such fake things. Look we don't need your $100 .. we daily get more than this.But think 100 times and get knowledgeble before posting such fake words... After that he wants us to make another module for free of cost..

Read the previous warnings regarding this service provider. I read them and decided to ignore them and ended up wasting 2 weeks to get my money back through gaf resolution system.
I asked for instructions howto integrate paypal pro, and he cut and pasted from the paypal site. He had never done it himself before. waste of time

he didn't complete the project but installed only a small part. He also asked several times to pay him while it was not finsihed, just like someone else also says in the reviews. He also opened a dispute while we had weekend, so I advise nobody to work with him!

In the mean time we opened dispute but no answer till 21st dec.on 21st dec he is saying that he had a vacation in his country... Its absurd to all that a country in this world having 9 days of holiday constantly in the country.Ok then,after that we raised the dispute level to the GAF's 2nd level dispute and submitted all the documents which proves that we have completed the work... Then he paid us... Completely fake buyer,don't do business with this buyer... Our Reputation proves on our feedback.So be aware from this buyer.. |
