I would say Kevin is a really nice guy. He actually did 2 jobs for me under this projectname. He did the icons very well (I´d give him 10 points for that). The other project was a small flash banner with XML input. He did the file very good, but it took him for ages. Once I saw the banner done I transfered him already the money. Then it took him about 2 weeks to send me the file. He told me that his PC was broken for a while. That´s ok ...but then he just sent me the swf file, nothing more. So I am waiting now already for almost 2 weeks for a reply or explanations how to get this done, but I just dont get any reply. It seems he has some problems ... but if he would just have told me that he cannot do it because for whatever reason, I would never have givven him a negative rating. But like that is just not very professional ...
