Pic project for USB device - Develop and Maybe Manufacture

Phil did a fantastic job for us! I knew most of the details going into this but there were a few changes and additions to the project that I had to make along the way. Phil kindly adapted to the changes and even had the foresight to recommend some creative improvements. We will hire Phil again!

Phil31 is a knowledgeable service provider with the ability to find realistic and down to earth solutions to the problems we encountered. He kept me informed about the development and project status on a regular basis. I commend him for his excellent work and will employ his services in the future without hesitation. Even though the project was not delivered by the original budget and on time it was due to issues beyond his control. I am very happy with the final product. This was a difficult project to develop and I was prepared for that contingency.
