cPanel upgrade to run ruby 1.9.2, and latest rails

Take a look at the communication on the project. I emailed the login details along with all the information. I then asked where he ways at which point he said he was delayed, then no communication since. Not only that but I cannot leave a review or give negative feedback to warn other employers.
