I worked as E-marketing & Int. Sales manager at publishing house and my main job was to manage our social media channels (FB - Twitter - LinkedIn and other specialized websites concerning publishing sector).
I'm also was responsible for managing our website (updating data - dealing with FAQ..etc), creating market tools, searching for new potential customers and distribution channels.
Also was responsible for the copyright licensing process with foreign publishing houses such as John Wiley, Kogan Page and McGraw-Hill, all in UK and USA, which gained me 5 years experience in the administrative and translation field.
I'm well acquainted with office work, starting with data entry to document control.
I can also translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
I started working as freelance translator 6 years ago while I was working at the publishing house. I assisted masters and PHD students in translating educational materials including books chapters, essays and studies, mostly in education and business administration fields; also, I worked as freelance translator for several agencies and translated assignments in many fields. I finished recently co-translating in an English book.
