I am sorry I hired this person, he lied to me daily that he worked, and then in the last day of the deadline he said he didn't even start the project?!, then he said that not to worry that he will still do it it's a lack of respect and I don't work with such people, this project needed daily feedback, not wait 10 days for the deadline to expire. Project is closed I will hire someone else, I am truly sorry I hired this 18 year old that has no work ethics or character. After I awarded him the project I could see he was bidding on other projects, I told him hello, I will give you a bonus finish my project first and then you will have plenty of other projects, what did he do? he ignored me for 10 days and now he wants an extension of the project deadline??! So I can lose more money? no thank you, I have a team of 6 other freelancers who were working on the same project and will take his tasks. I am truly upset and really sorry I hired him, it was a big mistake.
