Why was Employer's Account closed after accepting my bid?

I am a new Freelancer and got my first bid acceptance yesterday. I went today to send messages to the Employer on how she wanted her work done etc. and it came up in red writing that I would not be able to send Emails to that Employer. It flashed up somewhere that her Account was closed. Why?
