Video Compression: In-app tool to automatically compress large house tour videos for quick uploading. 360-Degree View: Owners should be able to take 360-degree videos using their phones and upload them. Virtual Tours: Users can take interactive, walk-through tours of properties. Map Integration: Users can search for properties visually on a map and receive location-based notifications. Secure Document Viewing: Allow owners to upload photocopies of property documents (e.g., deed, layout approval) for interested parties to view securely. Pay-per-View Contact: Implement a small fee for users to reveal an owner's contact information (implement payment gateway). Appointment Booking: Scheduling feature for users to fix property visit times with an owner. User Ratings: Enable ratings and reviews for owners based on user experiences.
