This video is the depiction of our efforts to promote Freelancer.com in Pakistan.We targeted universities,housewives,students and general public.We targeted housewives in special because women in Pakistan have very less job opportunities.
The promotion campaign can be segmented in three parts
Cyber space promotions:We started a blog to educate people about Freelancer.com.The blog contains articles about freelancing in general,sign up process on Freelancer.com and tips and tricks working on Freelancer.com.We developed a website with advanced features containing all the articles of our blog.We set up social media outlets like Facebook and twitter to reach maximum audience.
Direct Engagement:We conducted workshops in different universities to attract student to sign up on Freelancer.com.We also shared links to our social media outlets and website.
Passive Engagement via Brochures and Posters:We distributed brochures in apartments and public places.
