Contest Brief

Hello,

I'm looking to have the image titled "Botija" altered to parody the "Obey" style. Instead of the word "OBEY," I will need the new image to say "BOTIJA" on the lower portion of the red border. Finally I need the image to be around 650w x 700h px and 1300w x 1400h px - but these ratios don't need to be followed since I'm more interested in keeping with a parody of the Obey style.

To sum:
1. Alter image to black and white Obey style with red border.
2. Text on border must read "BOTIJA" instead of "OBEY"
3. Image must be somewhere 650x700 and 1300x1400
