Overview of company
VAMP is a property pre-sale renovation specialist based in New York, Queens area. Key services include painting and decoration, clean out and junk removal, landscaping, pressure washing, handyman services and staging.
What I need specifically:
A new brand identity mini guideline covering corporate colour palette, fonts, illustration style, company logo and usage, and design examples of company materials/collateral.
I would like an able and willing designer to absorb the information about the company (one pager attached) and come up with a brand identity guideline. I need the guideline to cover JUST the visual elements as I will be covering the preamble, brand rationale, TOV and positioning myself.
Guideline Sections required are (final output to be a PowerPoint File:
Logo and logo usage + black/white and colour variations in .eps format
Colour palette + colour usage ratios
Illustration style and application
Fonts and usage (and rights to use)
Any other art direction that helps bring the brand to life (PNGs preferred)
FYI Company materials/collateral examples must include:
> Stationary – Business cards, and ‘leave-behind’ postcards
> Yard boards that communicate that the property has been VAMP’ed
> Social Media Banner Artwork
> Social Media Ads – Facebook and Instagram
Second stage of brief
Upon successful completion of guideline I will then like the Freelancer to produce several ‘on-brand’ illustrations that represent the key services of VAMP and help bring the up and coming website to life. Therefore I need someone to pay particular attention to the illustration style. FYI - My client has expressed an interest in a common eye-catching character that features within the illustrations.
