we want to create a movie/animation to show usage case for our software
Our software - OmniWall Elite
client server app to manage video wall
When the server with the video wall has our software installed, the client can configure where on the wall to display different types of sources.
We support the following sources: Direct Input (PC connected via DVI), Local Playback (media files stored on the server), VNC/RDP (remote desktop from other computers) and streaming.
In the movie we would like to show a case where some kind of disaster happens (plane crash etc..), emergency forces arrive (ambulances, fire trucks, military etc..) each with their PCs cameras devices and monitors.
The guy in charge of the control center does not know how to organize all these sources.
Then the guy from Vidisco arrives with the Omniwall Box, connects all sources to the box and instead of large number of monitors, there is one video wall.
The guy in charge opens the client software for Omniwall, chooses which sources are relevant and allocates space for each source on the video wall (please don’t make all the sources at the same size), when the video wall is totally allocated he saves this as a preset (this can be done a few times).
After a while he changes the preset and the video wall changes which sources are displayed.
A typical video wall is at least 3x2 thin bezel screens together.
Sources for disaster control center can be: maps, cameras, messages, casualty statistics etc..
When the preset change is complete, fade out and add some killer phrase like: Omniwall - removes all the clutter and gives you clear view of what's important (just an example, but you can use it if you can’t think of anything else).
Winner will have to submit movie sources for in-house refinements
