We need a logo / badge design for the "Arnhemse Mediators Associatie" in a vector format ( .AI / .EPS / .SVG )

"Arnhemse Mediators Associatie" is a co-operation of conflict mediators in the city of Arnhem (The Netherlands), so it would be nice to incorporate the shield of Arnhem (see attachments: wapenschild_Arnhem.ai / wapenschild_Arnhem.eps).

We have made an sketch (example.pdf), but it needs a much more smooth and professional look, but don't hesitate to come up with a fresh new idea.
