Contest Brief

I am looking to create OJS (Open Journal System) custom theme with some customization to give the site an updated look. OJS is open source software available for free download at http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/download/ojs-2.4.3.tar.gz. The core functionality should not be affected or changed. OJS allows to manage single and multiple Journals so, there must be two dedicated theme for the same. The layout and design can completely change. Please make sure that original functionality should not be affected. The new theme should have CSS dropdown menu, Slideshow, news ticker, three column layout, social links, etc. Its better if Bootstrap frame work is used. Home page layout sample is attached herewith.
