I am looking for an experienced architectural 3D designer to create an accurate, to-scale 3D model and photorealistic renderings of a new screened-in porch based on my architectural drawings and dimensions. This is not an AI concept-image project. The porch should be properly modeled in professional 3D software so the renderings accurately reflect the actual size, layout, windows, doors, ceiling height, fireplace location, and other architectural details. The goal is to clearly visualize how the finished porch will look and function before construction. Key Features The screened porch should include: Trex decking/flooring Gas fireplace Wall-mounted TV Dining table with chairs Comfortable seating area with a couch/sofa and additional chairs as space allows Screened wall sections and white exterior posts/columns Accurate doors and windows based on the supplied plans/photos Realistic lighting and finishes Furniture must be appropriately scaled to the actual porch dimensions. One of the most important goals is to determine how well a dining table, chairs, couch, and other seating fit within the available space without making the porch feel crowded. Deliverables I would like: An accurately scaled 3D model of the screened porch Fully furnished interior layout Multiple photorealistic interior views showing the fireplace, TV, dining area, and seating area At least one exterior view showing how the porch integrates with the existing house A 3D overhead/bird’s-eye view showing the furniture layout Original editable 3D project/source file Please state which software you use, such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, Enscape, Blender, or similar. Please also provide examples of screened porches, covered patios, outdoor living spaces, or similar architectural visualization work you have completed. Accuracy and realistic furniture placement are more important than simply creating an attractive rendering. The finished model should help us understand exactly how this screened porch will look and how the space will work in real life.

Features include composite decking, a fireplace/TV wall, and realistically sized dining and lounge furniture. Deliverables include interior, exterior and bird’s-eye renderings, a dimensioned furniture layout, and an editable 3D model. When submitting entries, please refer to the first file: “Screenshot 2026-09-14 at 10.13.25 PM.png.” The screened porch dimensions are 13.5 feet wide × 15.5 feet long. All furniture, fixtures, and other elements must be realistically sized and accurately scaled to fit within these dimensions. Entries that are not to scale or do not realistically represent the available space will not be accepted.
