Design a professional logo for a new Fintech company that will provide loans for property mortgages. The logo should be bold, simple and striking.
The target market will typically be young professionals looking to buy a home for the first time as well as investors purchasing investment properties.

Essentially should give the feeling of a new age fintech bank

I generally like logos that have words standing out with a small pictorial

Logo to be provided in various sizes and formats and with/without transparency. Need original files so that it can be changed later if necessary. Logo to be compatible for print and web.

Staircase Financial ("Financial" is not as important and should be smaller font and probably below "Staircase.)

Not sure if a subtitle will work, but I would like to see if it works- use subtitle "Stepped Property Ownership"
