Crisp modern logo ... Update ...

Following your request for showing my design with a different font, please find here my suggested update. I've just gone for something more readable. This works well on dark and light backgrounds, in black and white, is fully scalable and readable at all sizes. I'm happy to follow your advice regarding changes to any aspect of the design. I trust this meets the brief and look forward to receiving feedback. Thank you for your time and consideration. Kind regards, Nicholas Halliday. HallidayBooks (UK).

My apologies, I'm so busy at the moment and have only just had time to reply. I am of course very interested but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get you an update before the project closes. If I'm awarded the prize I'm more than happy to work with you on this until we reach a satisfactory conclusion. Apologies again. Regards Nick.

    Dear Nick,
Thanks for the amendment. Please process the following:
The inverse version of the logo (that which is against the navy blue background) needs to have higher contrast. The edges need to be clearly visible against very dark backgrounds (please use black to illustrate). If you need to lower the number of colour tones used in the inverse version that can be worth considering. At the moment I feel the inverse version of the logo is the same as the primary version but used against a navy blue background and it does not stand out as well. Would also like to see more font options/colours side-by-side.
    Thanks
    Amr
