Most small businesses have one or a few of maybe a dozen common problems that compromise the value of the company when it comes time to try to sell it. It often means they can't sell the business at all. We help them identify whether they have one or more of those problems, then coach them on resolving at least the biggest problem so that they can get a better price when it comes time to sell.
