I’m putting together a full-color banner for our small-town fun run, the “Harvest Hustle Race,” and I’d love your creative touch. Banner layout & copy • Banner width will be standard parade/fence size, so think long and eye-catching. • “Harvest Hustle Race” stretches boldly across the very top. • “Sponsored by Grinnell Warrior Alumni Assoc” sits bottom-right or, if composition dictates, runs neatly along the entire bottom edge. Visual direction • Palette: rich reds, deep blacks, and golden wheat-tone browns/tans that capture harvest season, with tasteful pops of red-white-blue worked in for our 250th USA Independence celebration. • Fireworks burst subtly around the title text—nothing too heavy, just enough sparkle to nod to July 4th. • A silhouette-style Warrior/Indian graphic sits close to the sponsor line; keep it respectful and understated. • Cartoonish figures—kids and adults—jog or walk across the mid-section, conveying fun and inclusivity. Deliverable A print-ready, high-resolution banner file (preferably layered PSD or AI plus a flattened PDF) sized to the printer’s specs I’ll supply once we start. Include all fonts or outline them. Acceptance I’ll sign off when the layout hierarchy is clear, colors match the brief, fireworks sit smoothly around the title, the warrior silhouette looks balanced next to the sponsor line, and the running figures add friendly motion without clutter.
