Help create a logo for an upcoming hiphop artist Dru Ross

Contest Brief

I am looking for a Logo for a hip hop artist. His music is a fusion of rhythm and blues, rock, rapping, and hip hop. A unique artist.

1)IT is NOT mandatory, but feel free to review the attached photo as a reference. You don't need to use the exact reference sketch. You may come up with your own variation. That was simply 1 idea the artist had in mind.

2) If Selected I will need this to be delivered in all the various digital forms of .AI, .EPS, .PNG, .JPG, .PDF.

3) It can be edgy, urban, make it fun... The logo can be letters, "DR" "DTR" or any combination of "Dru Ross"

4) It will be used on websites, business cards, letterhead, shirts etc.

5) If you are going to use a background, please make it a flat color.

6) I would appreciate business cards as well as t-shirt examples.

7) Looking for how this would look as a stand alone Logo and on business cards, and on letter head. Will use on future web site as well as CD album.

8) The client has previewed the font "PLASTER" and they liked the font on a few designs. That is not necessary to incorporate, but it might help you.

Note: I know there will be many many great designs and if I select one star it does not reflect the quality of your work, just that we have reviewed it, and it's not what I am looking for. Perhaps it would seem better to hit reject, but we continue to review all of them more than once.
