  Let me clarify the course of the game:
  
  (i) Start
  (ii) Kickoff (both players) --> they are going on a venture together.
  (iii) the course splits into 2 routes A (startup) and B (investor)
  
  ROUTE A ("Qualify as a startup")
  (1) "Meet criteria for innovation" [if not, go back to start]
  (2) "Meet criteria for growth" innovation" [if not, go back to start]
  (3) "Super, you qualify as a startup, have a beer" [NOTE: this is where the startup gets a "startup number" from the government]
  
  ROUTE B ("Check your investment")
  (1) Check the type of your investment [wrong investment type, go back to start]
  (2) Check the size & scope of your investment [wrong size or scope, go back to start]
  (3) "Super, your investment complies have a big beer"
  
  (iv) ROUTE A & ROUTE B merge
  (v) reunion, the journey continues
  (vi) investor applies for subsidy, using the "startup number"
  (vii) startup & investor sign the investment agrmt
  (viii) AWS awards the subsidy
  (ix) have 2 glasses of champagne
