Improve my house project (with 3dsMax and Corona)

Hello
I have designed my house in 3dsmax but I am not happy with the realism when I render.
I want a realistic renderable project in Corona.
The edges of the house need to be chamfered and other geometry details need fixing.
Also it needs realistic textures, Hdri mapping in daytime, forest Pack for beautiful sorroundings , camera angles with depth of field ,interesting frames and all the right settings in order to obtain photorealistic results.
I will need the project back in 3dsMax format 2020 and will render the frames myself.
Only need 2-3 renders to see the quality of work.
I will attach my model and reference images of what I want.
