I’m launching a new marine consultancy and need a small, fast-loading static website that instantly conveys what we do and why clients should trust us. The site’s single goal is to showcase our services, so every section has to draw visitors toward contacting us. Design direction I’m looking for an innovative, unique look rather than the usual corporate layout—think bold typography, subtle nautical cues (not clichés), smooth scroll effects, and plenty of whitespace. Clean HTML5, CSS3 (or a lightweight Tailwind/Bootstrap setup), plus a splash of JavaScript for interactivity is fine, but keep the codebase lean so future updates stay simple. Core pages / sections (single-page or multi-page—whichever delivers the best UX): • Home (hero banner, key stats, prominent call-to-action) • About Us & Our Team • Industries We Serve • Why Choose Us • Our Services (clear, skimmable blocks) • Our Clients / Testimonials • Contact (embedded form that routes to our company email) Assets & content I’ll supply logos, colour palette, copy, and imagery. Your task is to structure them, create any needed icons or subtle SVG backgrounds, and ensure everything is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Deliverables • Complete static site (HTML/CSS/JS) ready for deployment • All source files organised and commented • Basic SEO setup (meta tags, alt text, open graph) • A short hand-off guide so I can edit text or add a new service later Acceptance criteria 1. Loads in under 2 seconds on GTmetrix. 2. Renders flawlessly on Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. 3. Page structure reflects the sections listed above. 4. Visual style matches the “innovative and unique” brief. If you’ve built sleek consultancy or maritime sites before, please include links—otherwise any modern design portfolio works.
