Contest Brief

PLEASE DO NOT COPY LAST YEARS DESIGN. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW DESIGN. PLEASE DO KEEP THE SAME WORDING EXCEPT FOR THE CHANGES NOTED BELOW: I have an existing poster that will serve as the visual starting point for our next project: a complete redesign of both the invitation and the matching return (RSVP) card for our 53rd Annual Dinner. The new layout must feature the updated event date—June 28, 2026 - 13 Tamuz 5786—prominently, but needs a new design.

Deliverables
• Invitation front and back, press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi PDF)
• Coordinated return card, press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi PDF)
• Editable source files in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Web-optimised JPG or PNG versions for email blasts and social media

Acceptance Criteria
The artwork must:
1. Display “53rd Annual Dinner” and the dual date exactly as specified.
2. Look completely different than the old one. we are looking for something new!
3. Include safe margins, trim, and bleed lines suitable for commercial printing.

Once final files pass pre-press checks, the project will be considered complete.

Hello, I have submitted my entries #50 and #51 for the Invitation & RSVP Card Redesign. I've updated the text to the 53rd Annual Dinner with the exact dual date (June 28, 2026 - 13 Tamuz 5786).

To give it a fresher, contemporary look, I introduced a sophisticated cream background, elegant typography, deep forest green elements, and subtle sage borders while preserving the original botanical essence. The files are also fully print-ready with accurate bleed (1/8 inch), trim, and safe margins.
