You don't have ownership on a design within a circle. This is a common theme in vintage style design. The layouts are very different, the fonts are completely different. The aircraft itself is drawn from a blueprint the client sent me, as is the roundel on the wing which is an insignia of the RAF, not something you have created.

You are weighing in on something you clearly know nothing about. If you actually understood what the competition is about, you would realise that the idea is to provide a design incorporating the blueprint of an existing aircraft design, namely the Phantom FG-1. Perhaps, instead of throwing around accusations you should work on understanding what a contest actually requires. It may help you to receive more work than you currently do.
