Please see the attached Design Brief which outlines the details for the contest:

The Company is exploring an updated logo. The current logo is looking tired and dated. Submit entries for modifications, updates, refreshes, to the current logo.

You may submit an entirely new logo however please be aware the company is seeking a logo refresh. The E in the logo is a prominent part of the visual marketing of the company.
