Contest Brief

I need some graphic design, the girl in the picture needs to be cut out and be paste in the other picture in front of the cars, afterwards the pictures are supposed to look like a cartoon. There is a picture as an example. It’s supposed to look like the characters on the cover of „Grand theft Auto Vice City“ the original pictures can be sent in the original size via Mail or something else.
