You mention: 1. Life Threatening situations, then 2. Safety Devices, then 3. all areas are properly maintained. I prefer #3 first, #2, then #1. Finally, the words about reminders via SMS and Text should come afterwards.
Not sure about the bears. I do not like the bear leaning on the house. I would prefer him "working" - maybe washing the windows. The bear holding the phone is ok. Perhaps if he were animated- 3 months ago
