Contest Brief
I have two existing web pages: An application form, and a top credit form.
I need a PSD design converted to apply new design style to these existing forms.
This is an easy job and I will need it complete in 2 days.
I will send through links of both forms in PM.
Please reply with 'Lemon Squash' to indicate you have read the brief (Also bid on the project if you want to do the work)
Please see attached files: design guide is what the PSD will show what the CSS and HTML needs to look like. The https file is the two live forms that will need to be re-skinned as using this new CSS and HTML. It will need to be mobile optimised.

The link is fine is you don't use https, but http.
The CSS for this is so simple I could type it in about 10 lines right in this message.
So, do you want us to submit entries of what our form looks like ? or? Cause they will all look relatively the same.
If it's the code you want, send me a message and I'll implement it for you.
