Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer who can help with both AI implementation and manual engineering tasks for my project. The scale of the project is small, expected to be completed within 1 month. Some resources are already in place, but not all.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in AI technology and implementation
- Proficiency in performing manual engineering tasks
- Ability to work with existing resources and tools

The job is to try and fit the most lots per code of zone and septic tanks requirements.

Minimum 10k sf lots, setback per code. 4k sf septic fields, fields must be 50 ft from one another. Must include storm basin. Better for septic to be in front of houses

Hello Dear Contest Holder,
I'm interested in this contest as I love computational design optimizations, and started working on.
I have a question, Is it possible to make one of the entrances to the area from Route 88? This might increase the usable area +10,000sf2.
