  varentive's entry is close, but something is a little off with it. I am talking with client. But, can I adjust this after I get it back from you? is the shape made of path's I can adjust easy now?

     you can use pathfinder > crop this shape instead of masks for this shape, iho7nasier...

  don't worry about it. you can hide that layer. I can alway replace it.
