Contest Brief

I need someone to analyse and redesign the template of my blog on http://blog.tecnologiaqueinteressa.com (blogger)
I need the following things done:
1 - Redesign the template to make it more content-focused and improve reading experience for visitors;
2 - Template must have at least two places for banners (one 728 x 90 on top, one 320 x 240 on sidebar, others may vary);
3 - Open a frame inviting first time user to subscribe RSS feed (feedburner);
4 - Integrate social network profiles on sidebar (latest tweets, facebook page, linkedin and googleplus);
5 - Design a simple mediakit page to offer space for ads;
Please provide prices for each item. I may do everithing or just part of the work depending on my budget :)
I value simplicity and effectiveness. SEO would be much appreciated!
Knowledge on portuguese terms can be required, but not for all the items.

  Hi, congratulations! I expect the xml file with template for the blog, and and html file (blogger compatible) for the mediakit page. If possible you could put the files on a test blog so I could check and inform you if any adjustment needed.
