REQUIREMENTS FOR GB GOLFER APP SKIN DESIGN

I would like the skin for a new App to be designed and created. I want to use a similar design to an App that already exists. The existing App is called Hi-Life Diners Club App and can be found on the iPhone App store by searching the name and it has a blue and orange shield shaped icon. It is free to download as a template.

For my home screen I would like my company logo at the top and 5 pages with images, in the cover flow menu style. The Hi Life App has 8.

The pages will be:

1. GB Golfer Membership Card (similar My Hi Life)
2. About Us + Info
3. Golf Discounts (similar Find Restaurants)
4. 19th Hole
5. Favourites

GB Golf Membership Card, I will provide the image (can be holder for now)

About US, on the Hi Life App when you click through it has 4 sub categories. I would like 3.
1. Welcome to GB Golfer
2. How GB Golfer Works.
3. Contact Us
I would also like the same Top Menu and back button.

Golf Discounts, this will be my equivalent page of Find A Restaurant on the Hi Life App but I would also like sub categories creating when you click through. There will be 9 sub categories, each will be a country name. UK, Spain, Majorca, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Morrocco, Tunisia, Poland.

I would like the back button at the top of sub menus and the bottom menu the same as Hi Life with : Home, GB Golfer Card, Discounts, Favourite, More Info

The App is all related to Golf so the design should be golf related. The images for the home page for About Us, Golf Discounts and Favourites should also be golf related.
I have attached our company header/logo design in case you wish to use and also I will provide an Icon design as soon as possible or adapt from logo if you wish.
