Application that can upload excel sheet to sql table

Contest Brief

I need an application where:

1) I can select an excel file (xlsx) from my computer
2) The file contains data about customers and what they bought, but each row is a order. This means each customer can be on the list multiple times if he bought more than one product. The application needs to reorganize data so a customer is only one row, but products are added as new columns. There is a max of 10 product columns
3) The application must insert the data in the new format to a MS SQL database

I will provide a sample file with instructions and access to sql server

The application has to be a windows application - NOT website/webapp

You can choose the dev language you want.

I expect this task to be easy and be less than 4 hours work for a good developer
