Simple website

Not sure what platform is the most basic and simple for me to learn and do this in so please recommend what you think is best.

Elements of site: people can apply by filling out a form on the site and upload images which are then sent to me by email.

For me to be able to then make a uniform profile page on my site for each applicant, so I need some type of system and template set up so I can easily add new uniform profile pages for each applicant. Profiles to be able to be sorted into 4 different categories.

I would like someone to design a very simple website for me, I will provide image files give you .jpgs of how I want it designed. Must have some sort of customer management system - must be easy for me to customise so some parts have to be wysiwyg - please see . jpgs for design of site.

hey you declared the result without even seeing the winner's entry online, its just the design you saw. I have got my complete design in working condition and meanwhile I asked you for other minor details you didn't reply, and now declared result. Could have been waited.
