I am looking for the best material on the market or not that can stick something the size of 2 AA batteries to a moving car. We want to be able to throw it and it sticks to the car and does not come off. The car can be travelling as fast as 40 miles per hour.

does not come off. It should stick hard enough to remain on the car even when travelling over up to 60 mile per hour.
