Contest Brief
I am wanting to build a website similar to http://www.quibids.com/en/. I need to know in simple terms 1. what skills are required and why? 2. How long such a website will take to complete? 3. what the cost would be for developing such a website and any ongoing costs?
The winner will be chosen on the clarity of their answers. Once awarded I will start the selection process for a designer.

Skills required are PHP, AJAX and javascript plus others.
- How long such a website will take to complete?
It would take 10-20 days to complete but the site I showed in my pictures will take me 3 days to complete at most.
- What the cost would be for developing such a website and any ongoing costs?
If you are developing from scratch then it will cost you anywhere from 750-1250$ but I can do this in 200$ for the site in the pictures of entry 3.- 12 years ago
