Contest Brief

This is a book cover for a Swedish psychological thriller "French Nerves" (Franska nerver).

The book itself is written in Swedish. The book takes place in Paris.

The author ideas for covers include a picture looking out from of a french café, e.g. looking out through a window on Parisian park, on the front page. Alternatively it could have some other Parisian motif. The main character is a male psychologist, so if there is picture of a person, it could of a male. It could aslo (for instance) contain the element of a french flag, as the book is a first of a series of books taking place in France.

This should be a free domain picture that is free to use and change also for commercial purposes (creative commons). When you submit, also send a link to the picture for verification of the picture.

A mock up is attached, which contains the text to be on the front and the back of the book. Also note the placement of the book publishers name (Faun förlag) and web-adress. Use the photo on the author on the backside. (Use google translate if you wish to get a sense of what the book is about).

The project should be delivered as an indesign file (windows version, save as CS6) and pdf. The size and dimension should be in accordance with the attached pdf.
