Contest Brief

The Boston Musicians Association is a non-profit advocacy group for the professional musician. We are looking for a logo that is creative, hip, attractive to use for our website, letterhead, biz cards, t-shirt etc. We like the look of the attached logo we are the music, see attached. Our text will be "Boston Musicians Association, We are Live Music" You can see us at www.bostonmusicians.org and we obviously need help with a graphic image. Our prize is $150.00 if we choose your design. We would also consider the possibility of a historical character making music, Paul Revere, Sam Adams as a secondary image, also the Zakim bridge in Boston might translate to a stringed instrument. Thanks for your help with this project! We want something that indicates music but do not want cliché music notes or instruments. We are looking for something that is exciting and cutting edge.
