  I like it. Think the lower line could be more like nr. 17. One alternative could be in dark box whith white letters.

I believe it is important that BPO Partner is included in the logo. Outsouring Firm could be start of a slogan, but as it is now it does not feel good. To me it looks a bit old fashion. Keep up the good work.
