Contest Brief

If you're a skilled graphics designer this is a quick way to make some cash.

Attached is a rough concept of a logo which will form the foundation of your creation.

Some guidelines to assist you in creating your design.

- The graph size compared to the arrow house is something that can be changed if you can create a better looking logo
- The logo must be simple enough to be made into a rubber stamp. (Try not to use shadow effects and shading)
- If colours are used, please use the theme colours attached (light blue, grey and white)
- Corners for the house are to be rounded.

  To assist you, I'm looking for something that shows I'm in the property industry and that it can build wealth. That is the reason for the bar graph and house with the $ symbol.
  
  If you can create something that conveys this message without having to explain the logo, it's something I will consider. Make it easy and simple for anyone to understand the logo.
  
  Thoughts that should come to mind when looking at the logo should be: wealth, property, property growth, building wealth through property, growing property portfolio, property investing.
