Contest Brief
We are a property maintenance company based in London. I have attempted to do the brochure myself but I would like a clean, sharp professional looking brochure to distribute to property managers. The unique selling point is that we offer fixed prices. However at the moment the prices are displayed quite boringly, in my mind i think perhaps an icon next to each service or something to that effect might look good. I have put my attempt and all the necessary information in the attached file.

Please look at #23 which is a revision of #21 & #22 . I added Icons beside each item in the price lists on the inside pages. I didn't include the cover since it is already shows in the previous entry.

Please check 21 & 22. These are size A24, tri fold high resoltuion. The colors are slightly off since the file is in CMYK print format. The RGB view is alway much brighter colors than the actual file. The blue are a richer deeper blue which matches closely to your provided PDF.
