  This looks awesome...I live in Petrie! So am going to prsent my solution for you :-) In ordee to do this I just want to ask a few questions:
  1) do you want as much content in this version? The version you provided looks A4- so could fit more text- do you want the new design to be more simplified?
  2) do you have content for the booklet? Or do we use some of the text from the provided? (I'm guessing not as its a new month)

     Perhaps more of an index or highlights of what is inside. Similar to most leading magaizines.
