Contest Brief
To build a real estate professional website theme. One page, eye-catching, upscale. Can have slideshow background.
Need an realtor's picture on the top. Like http://www.derekzhao.com/?ns=1
It's better, if the theme can use different colour schemes. It's even better to have mobile edition (like using bootstrap).
Must be original design. Images must be authorized to be used for commercial purpose. Finial work will be used for multiple websites. The payer will have the copyright of the accepted design.
Will consider to accept top 3 designs, if they are all good enough and different enough.
