Hi i need a Logo and 4 Banners for an IT Company The name is THUNDERBOLT TECHNOLOGIES and domain is www(.)thunderbolttechnologies(.)com

I need a logo a pretty one not just font and writing the company MOTTO is providing quality solutions with lightning fast speed so the logo should reflect the motto ... 4 banners are (No copy pasting from internet)
1: Website Development including E-commerce,Wordpress,custom PHP,joomla etc
2: Graphic Designing including LOGO,banner,Vector,Website,GUI etc
3: SEO and Marketing
4: Mobile development Android,I-phone and Windows

Please not the the Design should be eye catching and attractive and my website colour Combination is crisp White, Blue with a hint of grey so i think Colourful banners will make it stand out in the website and it will eye catching i guess but im open to ideas aswell as this is a contest.
Also do not that i need a graphic designer on permanent basis so who ever does a good job will be provided with my daily work as im a developer so he/she will be my partner in graphic designing part...
