Would like to have a basic mini site (1 page) with animated background (please see attached file as I would like to have) with pre-registration funcionality/form - data should be stored to a local file + some reminder funcionality as the service will be launched.

It´s a pre-launch web page, that should attract and collect fan and interest persons. Start date is 1.9.2013
